General Rules

  1. Attendance is compulsory on the first and last working day of each Semester/Academic Year. No student shall absent himself/herself without prior permission except under unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, the reason for leave shall be informed to the School Office before 1:00 p.m.
  2. Application for leave of absence shall be made on behalf of the student by his/her parent or guardian and addressed to the Class Teacher for a period not exceeding two days, and to the Principal for a longer period.
  3. Students applying for sick leave will be required to produce a medical certificate if the leave is more than three days. Children suffering from infectious diseases will not be allowed to attend classes. Only upon producing a medical certificate from a competent Medical Officer will they be allowed to attend classes.
  4. Students causing damage to school property or defacing the property will be severely warned, and necessary disciplinary action will be taken by the school management.
  5. Students are expected to cooperate in keeping the school campus neat and tidy.
  6. No student should be a member of any outside organization or take part in activities not connected with the school without obtaining prior permission from the Principal.
  7. Students are expected to converse only in English within the school campus.
  8. Students are not allowed to bring or wear any valuable items to school, and the school will not take responsibility for the loss of such items. No student is permitted to bring electronic gadgets such as mobile phones, iPods, or similar devices.
  9. When parents are requested to report to the school in connection with their child, they should respond immediately in the interest of their ward.
  10. The school will not be responsible for the success of a student’s studies unless the parents/guardians cooperate with the school authorities and do their part by enforcing regularity and discipline.
  11. Every student is expected to participate in all co-curricular activities and games unless declared medically unfit or exempted by the Principal for valid reasons.
  12. Every student should remember that his/her conduct should bring a good name not only to the parents but also to the institution.

Admission, Late Admission & Withdrawal

Admission

The minimum age for admission to pre Kg is 3 years + as an 31st March. For others, add year(s) in chronological order. Following particulars are to be produced at the time of admission. 1. Birth Certificate 2. Transfer Certificate 3. Health Certificate

Late Admission

If a student joins in the middle of the academic year, he/she has to pay the fees for the whole term during which admission is made and for the consecutive terms.

Withdrawal

If a student withdraws from the school in the middle of the year, he/she has to pay all the fees due to the school till the end of the term. If a student withdraws from the school at the end of the academic year, request for such withdrawal must be made in writing to the Principal before 28th of February. If withdrawal applications are made after this date. I term fees for the next academic year will have to be paid. Transfer certificates will be issued after the receipt of the application for withdrawal on payment of Rs. 100/-. Transfer Certificates will not be issued in the month of May.
